Find out how you can kickstart your journey on ViewQwest Home Fibre Broadband

A:  You must be at least 18 years old be eligible to sign up for our Service.

A: You can sign up for our service online by clicking here.

A: The following documents are required to sign up for:

a) for Malaysians – a copy of your identity card (both sides)
b) for non-Malaysians – a copy of your passport

A: Yes, you are eligible to sign up, however a refundable foreigner deposit of RM300 applies.

A: Yes, you can apply for up to 5 lines using the same IC (passport). However, you can only sign up online for 1 line. To sign up for more lines after the first one, please contact us at cs.my@viewqwest.com to receive manual application form.

If you are currently using a broadband service provided by HSBB, ViewQwest will provide you with a transfer request reference number.

Proceed to initiate the transfer request with your current Internet Service Provider (ISP) using the reference number provided by ViewQwest.

Once the transfer request is successfully completed, ViewQwest will contact you to schedule the installation of broadband services.

A:  When your contract period expires, the Service will undergo an automatic monthly renewal. To take advantage of the most current promotion, you have the option to renew up to 3 months before your contract’s expiration date.
