A: We are currently sharing the nation-wide High Speed Broadband network similar to our competitors. However, we are also rapidly expanding our own infrastructure, currently available in limited areas in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
A: While we are sharing the same infrastructure, we decide what network rules and settings we impose on our part of it. We do not impose any network limitations such as slowing down your online activities (movie streaming, peer-to-peer downloading and others) during the peak evening hours, unlike what you might experience with other internet service providers. We also implement our proprietary technology called latency-based routing, which ensures an optimal online experience, especially when shopping and gaming.
A: The following documents are required to sign up for:
- for Malaysians – a copy of your identity card (both sides)
- for non-Malaysians – a copy of your passport
A: Yes, you are eligible to sign up, however a refundable foreigner deposit of RM300 applies.
