Service Modification

A:  Transfer Of Ownership request is subject to Service Coverage Area. You may send your request by email to cs.my@viewqwest.com

Transferee may be charged a non-refundable RM100.00 administrative fee for each service to process this Transfer Application, and the application relocation fee if the Transferee chooses to relocate the service to a different location. These amounts will be billed in the subsequent invoice.

A: Service Relocation request is subject to Service Coverage Area. If the Service cannot be provided to your new location, we will notify you and you may be required to pay Early Termination Penalty.

You may request for a Service Relocation at any time during the contract period. You will need to bring over our equipment and accessories to the new home in order to continue the service.

You may be charged a non-refundable RM200.00 administrative fee to process this Relocation Application, and this amount will be billed in the subsequent invoice.

A: Temporary suspension request is subject to Service Coverage Area.

A: You may upgrade your speed at any time by contacting our customer service. Depending on the plan you choose, you may be required to sign a new contract.

A: You may downgrade your speed at any time by contacting our customer service. Depending on the plan you choose, you may be required to sign a new contract and be charged RM50. If the downgrade includes a hardware change from a mesh to non-mesh router, you may be required to pay the remaining balance charge for the mesh device.
