A:  You may request for a service termination by contacting our Customer Service Team at +603 2775 0100 or send an email to cs.my@viewqwest.com at least 14 working days prior to your desired termination date.

A: Early termination fees may applies to customers under contract.

Upon paying the remaining months of the contract, you will also be required to return the modem to us. However, the router will need not be returned.
