A: You will receive a call from ViewQwest within seven (7) working days after submitting your application for the service to confirm a date and time to install the ViewQwest equipment at your premises. The installation itself takes place within fourteen (14) working days after submitting your application for the service.

A: There are no installation charges for standard installation. We provide cabling up to 1.5m inside the house, from Fiber Wall Socket to modem and up to 100m from the nearest HSBB network connection point to the BTU. Additional charges may apply for requests beyond the basic cabling services, payable directly to our appointed installer.

A: A standard installation takes up to 1 hour.

A:  You can reschedule your installation up to 5 days in advance. For any rescheduling or cancellation less than 5 days in advance, a fee of RM200 may apply.
