After I applied for a broadband service with ViewQwest, NetLink (they operate the fibre network in Singapore) said they couldn't make the physical connection for me because of some disagreement with the condo management (it's a darned long story). I just signed up with ViewQwest because my experience with Kartini was outstanding to say the least. She offered the best customer experience I've seen in years, particularly from a Telco. She proactively pointed out what could go wrong with the process and how to address that. But she didn't just say "please check the help center" (and figure it out yourself). She literally said "if you get stuck, please message me"!!

This is my recontract experience Husaini, the sales person I dealt with more than 2 years ago when I first contracted with ViewQwest. Husaini is personable, took time to understand my requirements and knows the configuration of my apartment. Kartini. She guided me through the nuances
of the product, how to get the best out of
it and most importantly didn't provide me
ideas just to maximise revenues but put my

Went into the branch to return modem and
other equipment, with intention to sign up
with another provider. Kendrick was at the
front desk, was quick to understand the
full situation, handled everything well
and professionally, so much so that I was
convinced to sign a new contract with
ViewQwest again. If you have the time,
definitely recommend going down to the
branch to handle any issues with ViewQwest
instead of calling/emailing, neither of
which experiences have been pleasant.

A: All plans will include an XGS-PON Optical Network Unit (ONU), optimized for up to 10Gbps high speed.
A: You will need devices and a network architecture that can support 10Gbps speeds. A 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) network switch or router is required for wired connections. These can be purchased as an upgrade for a standard network switch or as a specialist device. Additionally, the network cards in your computers, servers, and laptops must be 10GbE compliant. A 10GbE-certified LAN cables (Cat 6/6a) are required for connecting your devices to the switch or router.
Furthermore, your destination app or web server must also be connected to a high bandwidth network. A maximum aggregate throughput of 10Gbps is also possible, provided that more than two download connections are active at the same time.
There are more wireless alternatives as well, including multi-gigabit-speed capable Wi-Fi 6/6E (802.11ax) and Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) routers and devices. To get the required speeds, it's critical to make sure all parts are compatible and set up properly.
