ViewQwest launches the world's first residential 100G broadband service

Singapore ISP brings data-centre grade connectivity into the home, paired with Ubiquiti's UniFi Enterprise Firewall Core

SINGAPORE – 13 October 2026 – ViewQwest today announced the launch of 100G Home Broadband, the world's first commercially available 100 Gigabit residential broadband service. The service delivers connectivity previously reserved for data centres and carrier networks directly into Singapore homes, at speeds ten times faster than the fastest consumer plans available anywhere in the world today.

This 100G service is part of ViewQwest's Power Plan portfolio, is offered as a complete, full-stack deployment. Each installation pairs ViewQwest's 100G fibre delivery with the UniFi Enterprise Firewall Core from Ubiquiti – a 100G-capable security appliance with QSFP28 ports and approximately 79 Gbps of intrusion detection and prevention throughput. The pairing means subscribers receive not only unprecedented capacity, but the ability to actually inspect and secure traffic at those speeds.

Built for the workloads that outgrew consumer broadband

This breakthrough is designed for a specific and growing group of users whose requirements have moved beyond what multi-gigabit connections can serve: local AI model training and inference, large-scale dataset transfer, high-volume media production pipelines, home laboratory and virtualisation environments, and multi-stream uncompressed video work.

At 100 Gbps, transfers that define these workflows change character entirely. A multi-hundred-gigabyte AI model, a full production media archive, or a complete system backup moves in the time it currently takes to begin one.

Availability

This 100G service is available for sign-up from 13 October 2026, subject to serviceability. The first installations are scheduled to begin in the second week of November 2026.

The service is offered on a 24-month contract and includes the UniFi Enterprise Firewall Core as part of the 100G deployment.

For launch, ViewQwest is offering a Founder's Price of S$588 per month, GST included, to the first 25 customers, together with a complimentary static IP worth S$300 per month.

A one-time charge of S$8,588, GST included, applies for hardware, provisioning, and installation.

The standard price for this plan is S$899 per month, GST included.
