Trend Micro Home Network Security is a service that provides protection against network intrusions, web threats and identity theft for every device that you connect to the internet in your home. The powerful Home Network Security Station connects to your router to scan network traffic for threats. The smartphone app keeps you aware of any security issues as well as providing timely and insightful notification about what is happening in your home network – in real time. Smart parental controls allow you to manage screen time for your family, as well as filter any unwanted content from the web and apps. You can edit and apply settings from the app, wherever you are.

In most cases, you don’t need to change your router to use Home Network Security. To check if your router is compatible, you may look this up on Trendmicro’s help center, or alternatively, call Trendmicro’s Hotline at 1-800-888-7363 

We encourage all customers to call Trend Micro’s Hotline at 1-800-888-7363 as we don’t have access to the system. However, we would be more than happy to assist for first level checking.

In the event you wish to request for termination of your Home Network Security, you may submit your request to cs@viewqwest.com.
Please do note that termination date of Home Network Security will be reflected as of the date the termination request is submitted. Termination will be effective within 1-3 working days, and any advance charges will refunded back to you accordingly which can be viewed on a revised invoice that will be sent to your registered email address upon successful termination.
Early termination fees may applies to customers under contract.
